RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with the product name and the reason for return. If we confirm the the item is returnable (Please see below), we will provide you with a return number, as well as instructions to ship the item to us. The TinkerTech Lab is not responsible for shipping fees, unless there is suffecent evidance that the item was broken or damaged upon it's arrival. After we receive your return, it will be prrocessed (free of charge) and your money will be refunded. Please note that is may take 7-10 busness days for this to happen (Although it could happen sooner!). We will keep your notifyed by email throughout the process.

EXCEPTIONS
